Midge Guard is the official UK Distributor of the “Original Bugshirt®”.
Made from a light-weight but extremely densely woven fabric not normally used in clothing, the loose fitting design and specialized materials used in the manufacture of the Bug Shirt, prevent the wearer from being bitten by biting insects.
Designed and made in Canada (where mosquitoes and other vectors are a national menace), the Original Bug Shirt protects against biting insects such as; midge, horsefly, mosquito, blackfly, no-see-ums, deerfly and ticks. Insects common in one form or another around the world.

The Original Bug Shirt is made from very densely woven but lightweight cotton. The cotton Bug Shirt is only available in natural colour cotton, and offers all the benefits of the Elite Edition.
