The measurements given in the charts below are your actual body measurements, not the dimensions of the bug shirts. Look at the range of sizes, where you fit the range for a given size that is the correct size for you.
Chest and waist size - measure around fullest part
Where chest or hips are indicated in the chart, use the greater of the two. So, if your chest measures more than your hips, find the size range in the column which includes your chest measurement, then order that size.
Sleeve length
To ascertain sleeve length, measure from the centre of the back of your neck, over the shoulder to your wrist, with your arm straight.
